Black pepper essential oil is steam distilled from the fruits of the Piper nigrum vine, which are commonly called peppercorns. It is used to treat arthritis, bacterial infections, digestive problems, colds, flu, congestion, edema, poor appetite, muscle spasms and to fend off free radical damage.
This essential oil has analgesic, anti-arthritic, antibacterial, anti-catarrhal, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anti-rheumatic, antiseptic, antispasmodic, antitoxic, aperient, aphrodisiac, carminative, diaphoretic, digestive, diuretic, expectorant, febrifuge, laxative, rubefacient and stimulant therapeutic properties.

2. Improve Circulation
Mix 1 to 2 drops of black pepper essential oil into 1 teaspoon of carrier oil. Massage the blend into the chest then any areas of the body that are affected by poor circulation.
